Refund Policy

Domain Name Registration / Renewals

All registration fees paid for new domain name registrations or domain name registration renewal may only be refunded prior to the completion of the new registration or renewal registration at the top level domain registry.

Once the domain registration has been recorded at the registry and the expiration date has been updated to reflect the new registration or renewal term, no refund is available.

Managed DNS / Hosting / Forwarding Services

Managed DNS, Hosting or Forwarding Services may receive a refund of the current term fees if cancelled within 30 days of the date of the transaction.

"Date of the transaction" for the purpose of this Refund Policy, means the date of purchase of any service, which includes the date any renewal is processed by DNS Central in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable service agreement.

You may cancel a service at any time, but a refund will only be issued if cancellation is requested within the refund timeframe specified for the applicable hosting or forwarding service.
